Privacy policy
Last updated 6 November 2026
This policy covers the keeny.ai website. Keeny is made by Meetmy Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15312936) at 3rd Floor, 86-90 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NE. Meetmy Ltd decides how your data on this site is used. You can reach us at hello@keeny.ai.
What we collect
How the page is used. We use PostHog, an analytics service, on its servers in the EU. When you visit keeny.ai it records:
- the pages you view and what you click on, including where on the page you click, how far you scroll and how your mouse moves (to build heatmaps of the page), and clicks that don't do anything;
- how fast the page loads, and any errors in the page's code;
- your browser, device type and screen size, and the website that sent you here;
- your IP address, which every website receives, and the rough location (country and city) PostHog works out from it.
No cookies, nothing stored on your device. The site doesn't set cookies or use your browser's storage, so each visit is treated as new: we don't link one visit to the next, and we don't try to find out who you are. That's also why there's no cookie banner.
We don't record your screen or what you type, we don't run surveys, and we don't use advertising or tracking pixels.
Hosting. The site is served by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers log requests (including IP addresses) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
Email. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write, and use them to reply.
Why we use it
We use analytics to understand which parts of the page help people and to fix what breaks. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving the site, which we've balanced against your privacy by setting no cookies and not linking visits together. We use your email to answer you.
Who else sees it
Only the services that run the site for us: PostHog (analytics) and Vercel (hosting). They process data on our instructions. Vercel is based in the United States, so some data may be processed there, under the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep analytics only as long as we need it to improve the site, and emails only as long as we need them to help you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or object to how we use it. Because we don't link visits to people, we usually can't find a single visit, but write to hello@keeny.ai and we'll help however we can. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
